Drinks Made Easy presents-How to make the Irish Car Bomb.
For our first St. Patrick's Day drink video we are back at O'Brien's Irish Pub with Willy O'Sullivan, owner and head bartender. In it he shows us how to make the Irish Car Bomb, a drink with a rather politically incorrect name. So out of respect for Irish folk, both here and abroad, ask for it by it's parts.

To make this drink you will need the following:

3-4oz. Guiness (it can be more but no more than half of a pint glass)
1/2 a shot of Jameson Irish Whiskey
1/2 a shot of Bailey's Irish Cream

First, fill your pint glass with the 3-4 oz. of Guiness. Next, fill your shot glass, half with Bailey's and half with Jameson. Then drop your shot glass into the Guiness and drink quickly. If you leave it in too long the bailey's will curdle. Enjoy!
