Drinks Made Easy presents-How to make the perfect Irish Coffee at O'Brien's Irish Pub on 2226 Wilshire Blvd. in Santa Monica, Ca.

In our second "on location" drink video we are once again at O'Brien's Irish Pub with Owner/Head Bartender Willy O'Sullivan.

To make this drink you will need the following:

Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey (1-1 1/2 oz.)
Coffee
Sugar
Heavy Whipping Cream (lightly whipped)

First, you will want to pre-heat the coffee mugs with warm water. Discard the water and pour your 1-1 1/2 oz. of Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey, add you coffee (pour almost to the top-leave room for the heavy whipping cream), and a generous portion of sugar, but it's to your taste. Next, pre-stir the sugar and top off with your heavy whipping cream. Now you are ready to drink. There is a specific way to drink this drink and that is to drink underneath the cream.
